Our Management Team

The Chelsea Consulting Group leverages over 100 years of experience in strategy, consulting, analysis, methodologies and the use of technologies in improving and sustaining IT performance. Our talented team members come from some of the most respected consulting practices like Capgemini, DMR, Ernst & Young, and Coopers Lybrand among others. Our management team is headquartered in Toronto, but with the depth of our experience and international achievements we think globally.

Jim Love, FCMC – CEO and Managing Partner

Jim is the CEO and a Managing Partner with the Chelsea Group with over 30 years of experience in both senior business and IT roles. His consulting career has included roles as Global Vice President for DMR Group later Fujitsu Consulting, where he ran an international consulting practice. Prior to that he was a principal with Ernst & Young where he joined after a long career in IT in the financial services sector.

Darrel C. Berry, COO and Managing Partner

Mr. Darrel Berry is an accomplished Executive and Management Consultant with a track record of leading companies and clients through difficult adjustments and significant improvements in growth, profitability and efficiency. Through 27 years of his global experience and proven executive management capabilities, his continuing objective is to provide quality management and IT consulting advice and services to our clients.

Paul W. Richards, EVP and Managing Partner

A goal-oriented General Manager with successful bottom-line experience in a variety of scenarios including a professional services turnaround, a merger and acquisition, an applications outsourcing business unit devoted to a large single customer relationship and a Financial Services Strategy Consulting practice. Significant experience in all areas of the Information Technology services business including; Strategic Outsourcing, Consulting, Systems Integration, and Application Management. Business Process Outsourcing experience in support of back office Banking and Insurance operations.

Bob McCulloch, FCMC, Senior VIce President, Consulting

Bob McCulloch has been consulting in the strategy development arena for thirty years. His experience includes IBM Canada sales, management and customer executive programs, DMR Group (now Fujitsu Consulting) executive consulting and management of the firm’s leadership and professional development, founding partner of Johnson Smith International (now Oliver Wyman).

Tracy Parsons, Vice President, CRM Practice

Tracy Parsons brings over 25 years of experience in Sales and Sales management to her role at Chelsea Consulting Group. She heads the CRM practice at Chelsea and in our subsidiary, Performance Advantage. She specializes in CRM implementations, customizations and conversions.

Martin Hockham, Consulting Partner

Martin is an integral member of our team, an experienced executive and a customer focused technology leader. He works with senior business executives and their teams to develop and implement IT strategies and programs which support the achievement of both short and long term business objectives. During his career Martin has worked in top Fortune 500 companies in Canada, the US, the UK, Europe and Mexico. He has had executive and executive roles at DMR Consulting, EML Distribution, Teleglobe Insurance Services and CGI.

Ratish Raghavan, Manager, SaaS Solution Development and Delivery

Ratish is the manager charged with managing the SaaS operations and growing this as a division within Chelsea Consulting. Ratish brings over 8 years of international consulting experience in Insurance, Government and Financial Service industries to his role at Chelsea.
