As we get to know our customers and the guiding principles that govern their business direction and protocols, the common thread that appears throughout these entities is the importance that coporate culture plays. As we reflect on our own principles, borne from the desire to conduct business with professionalism and integrity, we have framed our values also along this common thread. We have elected to define those values by an expression of the "things that we are most passionate about."

A contribution that frames the value of what we have learned in our experiences, and is not afraid to articulate that experience to the benefit of others. Our leadership outreach extends to topical published articles, and white papers on technology subject areas that make a difference.
Our reputation. It is as important to us as it should be to you, our customers. We are proud of the precision we bring to each engagement, with flawless delivery through all members of our team. Represented by a professional attitude, integrity and trust in our business relationships and the community.
No spin. It's just that simple, just no spin. Marketing has its place in the promotion of our services yes, but our customers are dealing with real business issues that affect their business strength, performance, agility, and competitiveness. No spin is is something we believe in. Straight talk, and we will walk the walk.
Making a difference for our customers. Why not? If our IT expertise does not represent a positive outcome for a customer, we shoud not be there. Every project should make a difference -- that's our raison d'etre.

Giving back to our community. Helping those in need. We believe that business has a social responsibilty. Especially as we travel the world, we realize how fortunate we are. Chelsea gives to local organizations, we work with groups who assist charities and we continue to participate in international efforts to bring prosperity to developing nations.
